For GEMS, a UAE-based company which is the second largest operator of schools in the world, with operations in the GCC, India, UK and Germany and was seeking to expand on a global scale.  CR led the re-structuring work covered process re-design, organizational structuring, IT strategy and putting in place a scalable platform for growth. Company subsequently attracted private equity from a global entity.

For the Oger Group, CR was lead advisor on establishing an American University in Jordan. Scope of study included market research, strategy formulation, financial modelling, partner option selection and compiling a comprehensive business plan for stakeholders.

For the Hashemite Royal Court, Jordan, CR was lead advisor on establishing the King’s Academy for high school children on the model of Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts, USA. Scope covered financial modelling and compiling a high-level business plan, together with briefing and overseeing market research.

For the Board of Trustees of the International Academy Amman, Jordan, CR advised on the expansion strategy of the Academy. Scope covered financial modelling and compiling a high-level business plan.

For Ryan Films, a start-up aiming to set up a film academy in the UAE, CR advised potential investors on strategic positioning and developed the value proposition.

For a group of investors in Uzbekistan, advised on potential to establish a pre-school, a school and a university in Tashkent. The scope included identifying and market sounding with potential operating partners for each.
