Appointed as Development Manager for a contemplated joint venture between Al Qattara Investment and a Governmental enterprise for the purposes of developing a major new township in the UAE between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, supporting expanding logistics and industrial facilities. Analysed potential to create a smart city and to incorporate PPPs in various elements of the new development.

For Al Qattara Investments, undertaking a market analysis and feasibility study for a landmark real estate development in the city of Al Ain.

For Al Abdali Development, a major urban regeneration project in the center of Amman, Jordan, CR:

• undertook feasibility analysisof two components (commercial and retail) and advised on development and disposal options as well as on partnering arrangements; and
• advised on various aspects of their corporate set upand organisation and conducted a selection exercise for appointing a communication and PR company.

For Al Mutakamila, a start-up company with a mission to undertake urban regeneration development in Old Amman, Jordan, developed the strategy and business plan and advised on acquisition and delivery strategy.

For Al Khatrash, a Kuwaiti group contemplating to invest in a chain of health clubs in Dubai, developed the product strategy for the clubs and conducted location analysis.

For Drake & Scull, a multi-national MEP Contractor, developed strategy for regional expansion of its facilities management division and establishing partnership arrangements in various countries.  Developed the business plan for this strategy and this was subsequently used as part of a private placement and a successful IPO which was significantly over-subscribed.

For a consortium of investors with a vision to create the New City of Aktau on the Caspian Sea, and working with Millennium Development International, developed the entire strategy for the new city along with the masterplan and implementation program.
