The 4th PPP MENA Forum, held on September 10–11, 2024, at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai, brought together regional and international stakeholders to explore the future of Public-Private Partnerships across the Middle East and North Africa. Organised by The Great Minds Group, the forum served as a high-level platform for dialogue on infrastructure development, strategic partnerships, and sustainable growth in the MENA region.
Concept Realisation played a central role in the event, with its Founder and Managing Director, Nasser Massoud, serving as Forum Chair. A long-standing expert in PPP strategy and implementation, Nasser opened the forum and steered key discussions throughout the two-day programme — reflecting Concept Realisation’s ongoing commitment to advancing innovative, purpose-driven partnerships across sectors and geographies.
The Forum gathered government leaders, investors, operators, EPCs, and multilateral stakeholders, reinforcing the importance of structured collaboration to address pressing development priorities. From healthcare transformation to urban services and investment frameworks, the conversations highlighted the growing relevance of PPPs in enabling resilient, future-ready infrastructure.
As part of the speaking programme, Varun Goyal, Senior Advisor at Concept Realisation, joined a regional panel focused on PPP opportunities and policy environments in South Asia. He shared insights on India, Bangladesh, and Nepal — including pipeline trends, enabling environments, and the potential for increased GCC–South Asia collaboration.
